This project when finished is in the centre of Nerja and consists of 7 apartments and 3 shops. The shops are on the ground floor with an inner patio, 2 of the shops will be for rent and the 3rd is for sell. Then on the first floor there will be one 3 bedroom apartment and four 2 bedroom apartments, carrying on to the second floor there will be a 3 bedroom apartment and a 2 bedroom apartment also a communal roof terrace. There will also be cellar space available to buy depending on the square meter the client would like, as at the moment the client has the choice of meters. All properties will use first class material, pre-installation of air condition, hot water with solar system and the latest telecommunications. This project will be finished in the year 2008.
